HOW TO CARE AND STORE:
NEVER refrigerate Greenhouse tomatoes-it spoils their taste, ruins their texture, and diminishes their nutritional value.  Ontario Greenhouse tomatoes should be stored in a cool location, ideally at 13 to 16 degrees C / 55 to 60 degrees F, out of direct sunlight.

NUTRITION:
One Ontario Greenhouse tomato provides 40% of the daily adult requirement of vitamin C, as well as being a good source of potassium and fibre.

HOW TO SELECT:
Look for tomatoes that are plump, firm, free of surface cracks and bruises and heavy for their size.  Selecting Ontario greenhouse tomatoes that are at varying degrees of ripeness will ensure that you have perfect tomatoes every day of the week!
