We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator in our expanding Marketing Department.
The position is based at the company’s head office in Kingsville, Ontario.
Role and Responsibilities will include:
• Assist in creative development, improvement and maintenance of client advertising solutions, i.e.: display ads, corporate marketing (branding, front covers, pitching to new client, developing new concept) and tradeshow material
• With Team be a leader and Creative “Inspirationalist” to think and develop new and “outside the box” opportunities relevant to our brand image enhancement and ancillary concepts
• Ongoing development and re-thinking of our corporate website,
• Intra-company newsletter 6 times a year Content rich and fresh ideas
• Produce press-ready documents for external printers as well as liaising with external ad agencies to create press ready material
• Effectively promoting the company via various sales/promotional channels with “leading edge” thought
• Working closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency
• Liaising with outside marketing communication agencies & design firms
• Follow up with retail & promotional partners, special event coordination, trade show management
• Creating press releases, developing & updating company website on a weekly basis
• Data entry, indexing and cataloguing creative material
• Assisting Sales Department with PowerPoint presentations and content
• Assist with budget reporting and tracking
• Day to day clerical duties
Job applicants should possess the following:
• University degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, sales, public relations or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience developing marketing material (print & web), project management
• Extensive computer experience; both PC and Mac an asset
• Experience using the following an asset: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Web creative & programming
• Willingness to travel, valid travelling documents
